About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of materials and products across our supply chain. This critical role will ensure timely procurement, efficient logistics, and reliable delivery to our customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing storage and holding costs.
- Order Processing: Accurately process purchase orders and track order status from placement to delivery.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate shipping terms, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Use data to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procument & Logistics.
- At least 1 year of Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain or procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo) .
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
