CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Interest on overdue accounts: Any amount not paid within the credit period agreed/applied for above shall attract interest at two percent (2%) per month (or part thereof), calculated on the outstanding balance from the due date until the date of full payment. This interest shall be added to the client's account and reflected in the next statement/invoice.
2. Suspension of supply: Scales Technology Solutions Ltd reserves the right to withhold or suspend further supply of goods or services, without notice, where an account is overdue or the approved credit limit has been exceeded.
3. Review and variation of credit facility: The credit limit and credit period granted are subject to periodic review and may be reduced, suspended, or withdrawn by the Company at its discretion, particularly in the event of late payment, adverse credit information, or a change in the applicant's financial standing.
4. Retention of title: Ownership of any goods supplied on credit shall remain with Scales Technology Solutions Ltd until such goods, and any related invoice, have been paid for in full.
5. Recovery costs: The client shall be liable for all reasonable costs and expenses, including debt collection charges and advocate's fees, incurred by the Company in recovering any overdue amount.
6. Non-transferable facility: This credit facility is granted solely to the applicant named in this form and may not be transferred, assigned, or used by any other person or entity.
7. Pricing: Prices for goods and services shall be those prevailing at the date of invoice and may vary from any earlier quotation; the credit terms above relate to payment timing only and do not fix pricing.

I/We confirm that the information provided in this form is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge. I/We authorize Scales Technology Solutions Ltd to verify this information with the trade references, bank, and any relevant third parties named above. I/We understand that approval of the credit limit and period requested is at the sole discretion of Scales Technology Solutions Ltd and that any credit facility granted shall be governed by the Company's standard terms and conditions of sale.
