Return and Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility
1.1 We accept returns for products purchased directly from Scales Technology Solutions LTD within 14 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3 Customized or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@scales-technology.co.ke or contact +254743233223 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.2 Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
2.3 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
3. Inspection and Refunds
3.1 Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.
3.2 If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
3.3 Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
